Return Process

Log in to your EasyPlus account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Document Quality Issues
For perishable goods or damaged packaging, please upload clear photos of the product and its expiration date to help our quality control team process your claim.
- 3.Pack with Care
Place the unopened, non-perishable items back in their original shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the exterior.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
